Our company makes all products to order and therefore does not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please be sure to review all dimensions prior to making your purchase. If there is a defect with the product or damage during shipping, please send us an image of the issue next to the packaging and a photo of the shipping label(s) to info@visioncustombackdrop.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with an explanation. We will then attempt to rectify the issue or send a replacement. If you cannot receive the parcel(s) on the day of delivery due to personal circumstances, please contact the courier before delivery to reschedule.
