Our Custom Build Process

At Visioncustombackdrop, we make ordering your custom-built products simple and seamless. Here’s how it works:

1. Share Your Vision

Start by sending us a picture or sketch of what you have in mind, along with the dimensions and any specific details you need. Whether it’s a mobile bar, a modular wall, a backdrop, a trade show booth, or a custom cart, we’ll work with you to bring your idea to life.

2. Quote & Deposit

Once we understand the concept and scope of the build, we will provide you with a quote. A deposit is required to place the order before we begin the design process.

3. Design & Approval

Our team will create a detailed 3D SketchUp rendering of your product, allowing you to visualize the design before production. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the rendering, ensuring everything meets your expectations. Production will not begin until the rendering is approved.

4. Precision Crafting

Once the design is finalized, we convert it into a plan for CNC cutting and production. Our expert craftsmen build your piece with high-quality materials and precision, ensuring durability and functionality.

5. Finishing Touches

We offer painting, staining, and other finishing services to match your aesthetic. Let us know your preferred look, and we’ll make sure your product is finished with care and quality.

6. Shipping or Pickup

For safe delivery, we work with a local crating company to build custom wood crates for shipping via freight carrier. If you prefer, you can always pick up your order at our factory location in Fullerton, California.

7. Enjoy Your Custom Build!

Once your product arrives (or you pick it up), it’s ready to use! We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-built pieces tailored to your needs.
